OUR GUARANTEE
Healthy Life Publications wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Healthy Life Publications, Inc. offers a 30-day,
unconditional guarantee on all our products. Returned items must be in
resalable condition. We will replace defective items with a new copy of the
same item. Please indicate the reason for your return on the reverse side of
the packing slip and include the packing slip in the carton. Unfortunately, we
cannot accept returns on nutritional supplements that have been opened due to health regulations.
SHIPPING
Healthy Life Publications ships with the USPS in Priority Mail containers. You will receive notification by email when your order has shipped, or you can track it through your account.
RETURNS
For your
protection, you may wish to send your return via UPS or insured parcel post.
Healthy Life
Publications, Inc. cannot pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a
shipping error. All returns, including any credits applied for return shipping
charges, will be credited to your Mastercard, Visa, or a refund check will be
issued. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10
business days. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to
post the credit to your statement. All returns must be accompanied by a valid
packing slip. Gift items may be returned or exchanged if they are accompanied
by a valid gift packing slip. We cannot, however, accept returns on personalized items.
